Dr. Stanley
Dr. Victor L. Stanley is a seasoned pastor, educator, and leadership consultant dedicated to helping churches and faith-based organizations lead with excellence. With a Doctor of Ministry in Leadership from Liberty University and over three decades of pastoral and teaching experience, he equips leaders to serve with integrity, strategy, and spiritual maturity.
As a Pastor for more than 30 years, and an Adjunct Professor at Liberty University’s Rawlings School of Divinity, Dr. Stanley blends academic insight with real-world ministry experience. He consults with organizations across the United States and around the world, providing leadership coaching, organizational assessments, and executive guidance grounded in Scripture.
